FOUNDING MEMBERS
The Baltimore Economic Leadership League (BELL) was officially founded in December 2021 by Will Holmes. BELL received its 501c3 non-profit status in March 2022. Prior to its official registration as a business entity, the Baltimore Economic Leadership League was an initiative through Will Holmes Consulting, providing free business training to aspiring entrepreneurs. Holmes used his personal funds to start and maintain all expenses for the organization until it was self-sustaining.
In March of 2022, Holmes opened BELL Membership to his network. The following individuals stepped up with generous donations and helped Holmes fund the BELL Small Business Loan Fund.
It is because of these individuals that we are able to serve Maryland business owners when they are denied assistance elsewhere.
